We have more in common than we realize. There is always more than meets the eye. Stop to consider the fact that scientific research determined we are a staggering 99.97 percent the same, genetically.
The next time you are in the line at the grocery store, at the movies, stuck in traffic or wherever you find yourself feeling frustrated or impatient, take a deep breath and be at peace.
Give thanks for your body working non-stop, all day every day.
Our bodies help to keep us alive. Perhaps now is a good time to consider some worthwhile investments for our billion dollar bodies.
Think of the body as a computer. Technology perfectly illustrates the lines of communication that are invisible to the eye. With the touch of a button, we can instantly connect to someone or something across the globe. Our body networks in the same fashion, interacting and connecting within a split second on a cellular level from head to toe. Visualize all the inner pieces – vital organs and systems – that add up to equal the whole, magnificent person you are.
We rarely tend to check with our kidneys, adrenals, spleen, pancreas, liver, gallbladder or respiratory system.
Consider the inner pieces – organs and systems – of those around you. Rather than making idle chit-chat about the weather, engage each other’s thyroids, stomachs or hearts; consider the pineal and pituitary of the person next to you.
The sooner we all do this and feel our inner peace, the sooner we will see a world of peace.
